Warranty Policy

Basic Warranty Terms

Furniture (for tables and desks, cabinets, stools and chairs, sofas, furniture sets, shelves and racks, and beds)

Two-year limited warranty on materials, frame, workmanship, and the functionality of non-lighting electronic components.

Exception: The fabrics, seat cushions, leather covers, and LED lighting components are covered by a 1-year warranty and can be replaced at a minimal cost, provided the original warranty documentation is still available.

Notice: The updated warranty policy is effective starting July 1, 2025, and applies only to orders placed on or after this date. Orders placed before July 1, 2025, will follow the original one-year warranty policy.

Warranty Agreement and Restrictions

POVISON.com warrants that the products sold by POVISON.com shall be free from defects in material, workmanship, and function under Normal Use during the warranty period outlined in the Warranty Terms, starting from the original date of receipt. "Normal Use" means in strict accordance with the installation, operation, and maintenance manual.

If any of the warranted products are found by POVISON.com to be defective under normal use, such products will, at POVISON.com's option, be replaced, repaired, or appropriately adjusted at POVISON.com 's cost. The parties hereto expressly agree that the Original Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy against POVISON.com shall be the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products as provided herein. This warranty does not cover labor or other costs or expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired, or replaced product. In no event shall the liability of POVISON.com exceed the purchase price of the product.

This limited warranty DOES NOT cover any loss and/or damage due to:

Misuse or unusual use

Mishandling

Accident

Neglect

Acts of God. This relates to events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.

Improper installation

Improper maintenance and care. Using abrasive cleaners such as powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine, or steel wool or wire brushes, will damage and wear down the finish. Significant product exposure to chemicals, harsh cleaners, and harsh outdoor environments will void any and all warranties on finishes and materials.

Modification, including but not limited to the use of unauthorized parts or attachments, or adjustment or repair. This warranty only applies when all components have been provided by POVISON.com . Substituting another manufacturer's products and/or components will render the warranty completely void.

Normal wear and tear from daily use. For example, gloss reduction, scratching, staining, and alkaline etching of finishes over time, due to use, cleaning practices, or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser and is not transferable, whether to heirs, subsequent owners, or otherwise. No affirmation by POVISON.com , by words or actions, other than as set forth herein, shall constitute a warranty.

If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact POVISON.com . Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a copy of your original order confirmation, confirmation of the item number and quantity of the defective item(s), a complete description of the problem, and pictures or video evidence clearly showing the problem.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR INFRINGEMENT. BUYER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE ENTITLED TO, AND POVISON.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFIT, PROMOTIONAL AND/OR MANUFACTURING EXPENSES, OVERHEAD, INJURY TO REPUTATION, AND/OR LOSS OF CUSTOMERS.

Warranty FAQ

Q: I placed my order in June 2025. Am I eligible for the new 2-year warranty?

A: Unfortunately, the upgraded warranty applies only to orders placed on or after July 1, 2025. Orders placed before this date will remain under our original 1-year warranty policy.
