POVISON is committed to providing furniture products that combine quality, functionality, and thoughtful design for everyday living.
For eligible major furniture products, POVISON provides a 2-year limited warranty covering product materials, furniture frames, workmanship, fabric, seat cushions, leather upholstery materials, and the functionality of non-lighting electronic components; LED lighting components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
This limited warranty applies to defects in materials, workmanship, and related functionality that arise under normal household use. For purposes of this policy, “normal use” means reasonable use of the product for its intended purpose and in a normal residential environment, in accordance with the product’s installation, operation, maintenance, and care instructions.
This Limited Warranty Policy is non-transferable and applies only to the original retail purchaser of products purchased through the POVISON website, POVISON retail stores, or other POVISON-authorized sales channels that expressly state that this policy applies.
This policy applies only to products used in normal household and residential environments. If the product detail page, product manual, or product packaging contains separate warranty terms, the applicable specific warranty terms shall govern.
The limited warranty period begins on the date the product was originally delivered.
Eligible orders placed (order date) on or after July 1, 2025 are covered by the 2-year limited warranty set forth in this policy. Orders placed before July 1, 2025 will remain governed by the 1-year warranty policy effective at the time of your original purchase. Warranty start date remains the original product delivery date regardless of order date.
Subject to the terms of this policy and provided that no exclusion applies, this limited warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and related functionality arising during normal household use of furniture (including tables, desks, cabinets, stools, chairs, sofas, furniture sets, shelves and shelving units, and beds):
| Covered Component or Scope | Warranty Period |
|---|---|
| Fabric, seat cushions, leather upholstery materials | 2 years |
| Furniture frame materials, main product frame, workmanship, and non-lighting electronic components | 2 years |
| Eligible motor components | 2 years; motor components replaced free of charge |
| LED lighting components | 1 year |
1. Normal wear and tear: Minor scratches, wear, dents, reduction in surface gloss, and the natural aging of coatings, finishes, or other materials over time resulting from normal daily use are not defects in materials or workmanship.
2. Changes in appearance caused by use or the environment: Fading, discoloration, oxidation, corrosion, or other surface changes caused by frequency of use, cleaning methods, water quality, air conditions, or light exposure; and reasonable variations in color, grain, and texture inherent in wood, stone, leather, and other natural materials.
3. Accidental damage and improper use: Damage caused by misuse, abnormal use, neglect, accidents, improper handling, stains, liquid spills, burns, cuts, impacts, or scratching or chewing by pets; and damage caused by standing, jumping, climbing on, or dragging furniture, or by using the product beyond its designed weight capacity.
4. Improper assembly, maintenance, or care: Damage caused by assembly, disassembly, installation, or reassembly by the consumer or an unauthorized third party that is not performed in accordance with the installation instructions; use or maintenance that does not follow the product instructions or care guide; and surface wear, corrosion, or coating damage caused by abrasive or corrosive products, including powdered cleaners, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine-containing cleaners, or by tools such as steel wool or wire brushes.
5. Environmental factors and force majeure: Warping, cracking, fading, mold, corrosion, or surface damage caused by extreme temperatures, humidity, prolonged direct sunlight, moisture, harsh outdoor environments, or prolonged exposure to chemicals; and damage caused by floods, flash floods, earthquakes, fires, storms, or other force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
6. Unauthorized modifications or repairs: Damage caused by modifications, adjustments, disassembly, or repairs not authorized by POVISON; and defects or damage caused by incompatible third-party parts, accessories, or components, or third-party parts, accessories, or components whose suitability has not been confirmed.
Note: The use of third-party parts, accessories, or repair services performed by a POVISON-unauthorized third party will not automatically invalidate the warranty for unrelated components. However, defects or damage directly caused by such third-party parts, accessories, modifications, or unauthorized repairs are excluded from this limited warranty coverage.
Contact Us: To submit a warranty claim, email supportingcenter@povison.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim - [order number]”. Example: Warranty Claim ORD 123456. The email should include:
Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt or invoice);
Defective product information: product name / model number, affected quantity;
Detailed written description of the issue, plus attached photos or videos showing the defect;
To determine whether the reported issue is covered by this limited warranty, POVISON may require the consumer to provide additional photos, videos, product information, component labels, measurements, or other information reasonably necessary, and may arrange further inspection when necessary.
POVISON will review the warranty claim based on the actual condition of the product, the supporting materials provided by the consumer, the applicable warranty period, this policy, and applicable law.
1. Warranty Remedies
If POVISON determines after review that the product issue is covered by this limited warranty, POVISON will determine a reasonable remedy based on the nature of the issue, feasibility of repair, and actual product and parts availability, including:
Providing remote guidance or a reasonable repair solution;
Resupplying or replacing defective hardware or components;
Providing a replacement product that is reasonably comparable in function, value, and style;
Note:
Any replacement product or component will remain covered for the remainder of the warranty period applicable to the original product. Replacement of a product or component does not restart a full warranty period, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
POVISON cannot guarantee that a replacement product will be identical to the original product. If the original product or component has been discontinued or is out of stock, POVISON may provide a replacement product or component that is reasonably comparable in function, value, and style.
Please note natural material variations such as wood grain or fabric shade differences may exist between original and replacement items.
2. Costs Covered
For claims confirmed to meet the terms of this limited warranty, POVISON will cover the product repair, replacement parts, or replacement product included in the warranty remedy confirmed by POVISON.
Unless authorized in writing by POVISON in advance, or otherwise required by applicable law, this limited warranty does not cover the following costs:
Labor costs for product removal, disassembly, installation, or reassembly;
Costs of third-party inspections or repairs not authorized by POVISON;
Handling, transportation, storage, or disposal costs arranged independently by the consumer;
Additional losses or expenses caused by a product issue;
Any other costs incurred without prior written authorization from POVISON.
Transportation arrangements and allocation of transportation costs related to a warranty remedy will be governed by the specific remedy confirmed by POVISON. Consumers should not independently repair, return, transport, or dispose of a defective product or component before receiving confirmation from POVISON.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the remedies provided by POVISON under this Limited Warranty Policy are limited to adjustment, repair, replacement, or other reasonable remedies specified in this policy and confirmed by POVISON.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, POVISON’s total liability under this Limited Warranty Policy will not exceed the amount actually paid by the consumer for the affected product.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and except as otherwise required by mandatory applicable law, POVISON shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Depending on the condition of the product, compatibility of parts, and actual inventory availability, POVISON may, at its discretion, offer paid replacement parts or other support. Specific services, fees, and delivery arrangements are subject to confirmation by Customer Service. Any support provided outside the warranty period is not covered by this limited warranty and does not extend the warranty period or create a new warranty.
