High Pressure & Temperature Make Sintered Stone Better

Sintered stone is a new-generation surface material developed after traditional materials such as natural stone, wood, and metal. Made from carefully selected natural minerals, the raw materials are compressed under extreme pressure of over 30,000 tons (around 400 bar) and shaped using advanced vacuum extrusion technology. This process recreates, in just hours, the natural stone-forming process that takes millions of years, resulting in an ultra-dense surface even harder than many igneous stones such as granite.

High Pressure & Temperature Make Sintered Stone Better

After forming, the slabs are fired at temperatures above 1200°C in fully automated, computer-controlled kilns. Advanced digital printing technology creates refined, consistent natural stone patterns. The high-temperature sintering gives the material a Mohs hardness of 6, providing excellent resistance to scratches, wear, and everyday use—ideal for dining tables, countertops, cabinets, and more.
