Unused with no pieces missing
With original tags and complete original packaging

-Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item has a quality issue.

Before You Start a General Return

- Keep all original packaging and materials.

- Take a full view picture of the product and its original packaging for eligibility assessment.

Faulty or Damaged Products

- Report any issues within 48 hours of receipt.

- Include photos or a video to demonstrate the problem.

Additional Terms

- Undeliverable and Refused Packages may incur additional fees (e.g. fail to deliver due to packaging size limitations, or COI (Certificate of Insurance) restrictions to apartment building, or unable to contact the customer during delivery, etc).

- Damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

How to Return an Item?

Email `supportingcenter@povison.com` with your order ID and details, photos/videos showing the package and item.
Wait for our product expert to evaluate your return and return cost.
Once confirmed, we'll send you a return label.
Ship the package back to us for processing.
