Your order means a lot to us, which is why we're dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products.

We're offering FREE contactless front door parcel and outdoor drop off delivery to ensure your safety. However, if you need to return a delivered item or cancel a shipping order, relevant fees, i.e. shipping and processing fees would be collected. For more details, you can refer to Returns & Exchanges.

On each POVISON product page, you'll see a dispatch estimate. Dispatch is when we send the product to our delivery partner, not when it arrives at your door.

When will I get my order?

a. When items are 'Ready to ship'.

We'll prepare for specific sizes and colors of a selected model in our warehouse in advance. Usually, you can find it after selecting the options, e.g. color, material and size, and the estimate would be shown as 1-3 weeks. In rare situation, the warehouse stock may not be updated. In this case, you can confirm the estimate in the confirmation email after placing your order.


b. When items are NOT 'Ready to ship'.

Normally, it may take 6-14 weeks for processing such orders, including manufacturing, shipping and delivery. You may be aware many businesses are experiencing supply chain challenges as a result of the current Global Shipping Crisis. This is creating more variability around order delivery dates.

Unfortunately some matters are out of our hands, but please know we work very closely with our valued network of suppliers monitoring shipments to ensure we can best expedite delivery to our clients.

Regional deliveries may also expect an addition to the stated estimated delivery date on an order of up to 2 weeks, dependent upon location.



Types of delivery

Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday, and you can find delivery options for each item on its product page as well as in cart.

Items are divided into two categories for shipping:


1. Small Items

Courier - Front Door Parcel Delivery

Sent via UPS or FedEx.

Packages less than 150 lbs.,
or L+Wx2+Hx2 < 165inch,
or L x W x H / 250< 150 lbs.

Where possible, we'll group your order, so all items arrive on the same day. Handy. This is possible if:
a. All items can go with the same carrier
b. The difference in lead times isn't too large
Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.


2. Large Items

Truck Delivery

Typically take one to three weeks for delivery from our warehouse.

Outdoor drop off.

Optional for White Glove Service

With White Glove Delivery, selected item(s) can be delivered for a flat fee.

Items are delivered to your home by appointing to your room of choice (includes up to two flights of stairs), with unpacking service, removal of boxes, debris, even old mattress with your purchase of new mattress.

White Glove Delivery charge is a flat fee, i.e. USD149 together when you place your order.

If you need to add White Glove Delivery service after placing your order, but before our package has been dispatched, just contact us (link), we'll be pleased to help. Please note that in this situation, the service fee would be higher than USD149.
However, if your package(s) is on the way to you, White Glove Delivery is not available to be added anymore.

Please note that due to restriction of COVID-19, the White Glove Delivery has been suspended in some areas. We will contact you immediately if our vendor could not provide with the White Glove Service for you. We are sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

Shipping - Unique Deliveries

If you live in an apartment, condo building, high rise, metro area or have a unique delivery space that requires specific attention or a Certificate of Insurance (COI), please contact us before placing your order for assistance.



Restrictions / Limitations

Purchasing and shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States and washington DC.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office, DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations or to freight forwarders.

We do not offer expedited shipping currently.

Our return policy is limited to one return or exchange per item per household.
